Minor cuts/burns (from cooking, tools, or falls) are everyday issues. Clean with soap/water, apply antibiotic ointment, cover with a bandage, and watch for infection (increasing redness, pus, swelling, fever).
For burns: Cool under running water (not ice), cover loosely; avoid popping blisters.
When to seek urgent care: Deep cuts needing stitches, uncontrolled bleeding, signs of infection, animal/human bites, burns larger than a palm or on face/hands/genitals, or if tetanus shot is due (we offer boosters). We clean, suture if needed, and provide wound care guidance.
